The Stone Lau Gar Kung Fu Club
The Stone Lau Gar club is mentored by Alec Clark, an instructor with many years of experience. The Stone club offers training primarily in traditional Lau Gar kung fu.
The club caters for students of all grades from beginner to black sash and Alec is always keen to welcome new members. Just pop down to one of the lessons and have a chat or even dive straight in and have a go!
