The Stafford Lau Gar Kung Fu Club

knife-d.jpg You may know that Kung Fu is the oldest and most effective martial art system in the world. You may even know that it existed in China as long ago as 2700BC, but did you know that it exists in Stafford, and has done since 1975?

Local man Pete Hornby started at the Stafford Lau Gar club as one of the first students to enrole, taking over in 1983 before becoming one of the Guardians of Lau Gar in 2000.

Today the Stafford club offers training in both traditional Lau Gar kung fu and kickboxing. New members are always welcome and the club caters for people of all ages and abilities. Why not come and have a go!
