Randall is an instructor with many years
experience. A 3rd degree black sash he is well versed in the
traditional aspects of Lau Gar which is complemented by considerable
experience in competition fighting. A list of Randall's considerable
achievements can be found below. For now it's all about teaching, "It's

The Stafford Lau Gar Kung Fu Club was established in 1975 and has been dedicated to high-quality kung fu instruction ever since. With champions in semi-contact fighting, traditional fighting and set movements the level of Lau Gar instruction available at the club is second to none.
Master Jeremy Yau
The British Kung Fu Association (BKFA) was set up in 1973 and Master Jeremy Yau, being the keeper of the Lau Gar style, was invited to be its chief Instructor.
Master Yau accepted the invitation and Lau Gar Kuen has since become Britain's most popular form of Kung Fu.
