The Cannock Lau Gar Kung Fu Club
The Cannock Lau Gar club is mentored by Randall Salmon, an instructor with many years experience and an impressive list of competition achievements. The Cannock club offers training primarily in traditional Lau Gar kung fu but due to its close proximity to Stafford students from Cannock frequently augment their training by joining classes at Stafford as well.

The club caters for students of all grades from beginner to black sash and Randall is always keen to welcome new members. Just pop down to one of the lessons and have a chat or even dive straight in and have a go!
