	In Holly's own words, "I joined Lau Gar in 2006 for something to do on a Wednesday night with my mum. It only began as a small hobby, but now I'm obsesed with kung fu! I never would have thought I'd get my black sash, train in China or even win a national competition. Joining was probably the best decision I've ever made, it's been one fantastic journey... so far!"

Stafford Lau Gar website

The Stafford Lau Gar Kung Fu Club was established in 1975 and has been dedicated to high-quality kung fu instruction ever since. With champions in semi-contact fighting, traditional fighting and set movements the level of Lau Gar instruction available at the club is second to none.

Master Jeremy Yau

The British Kung Fu Association (BKFA) was set up in 1973 and Master Jeremy Yau, being the keeper of the Lau Gar style, was invited to be its chief Instructor.

Master Yau accepted the invitation and Lau Gar Kuen has since become Britain's most popular form of Kung Fu.
