The attendees pose for a photograph at the end of the course.
The aim of the course was to show several simple techniques that could be used in any situation. The morning was devoted to learning the techniques and the afternoon session showed how to apply the techniques in various situation. This included defence against open hand attackers and attackers armed with knives & other weapons.
The course was a great success. In the end £470 was raised for Shenpen UK.
