Following the sucess of last year's workshop here is another fantastic opportunity to enhance your Lau Gar weapon skills.
Master Yau presents a master class for Black sash students. The course will be open to all levels of Black Sash students from 1st to 5th Degree. Master Yau will be supported by many of the Guardians.
This seminar will be of special significance if you are preparing for a grading in June.
Please bring your own weapons.
Please note, places will be limited so you will need to book early to secure your place.

Stafford Lau Gar website

The Stafford Lau Gar Kung Fu Club was established in 1975 and has been dedicated to high-quality kung fu instruction ever since. With champions in semi-contact fighting, traditional fighting and set movements the level of Lau Gar instruction available at the club is second to none.

Master Jeremy Yau

The British Kung Fu Association (BKFA) was set up in 1973 and Master Jeremy Yau, being the keeper of the Lau Gar style, was invited to be its chief Instructor.

Master Yau accepted the invitation and Lau Gar Kuen has since become Britain's most popular form of Kung Fu.
