Classes in Penkridge
Local man Pete Hornby started at the Stafford Lau Gar club as one of the first students to enrole, taking over in 1983 before becoming one of the Guardians of Lau Gar in 2000.
Today the Stafford club offers training in traditional Lau Gar kung fu. The beginner's class takes place in Stafford on a Tuesday night.
